Ingredients

  • 1 can peas, drained
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can canned tomatoes, drained
  • 1 Tbsp chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups soft bread crumbs
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix drained peas, drained corn, drained tomatoes, chopped onion, bread crumbs, beaten eggs, melted butter, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a buttered casserole dish, spreading evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes until set and golden on top.
