Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.)
  • 2 cups chopped pecans
  • 1 cup chopped dates
  • 1/2 cup chopped candied cherries
  • 1/2 cup chopped candied pineapple
  • 1 package frozen coconut
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon almond

Instructions

  1. Combine the butter and graham cracker crumbs in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and stir until well mixed.
  3. Add the chopped pecans, dates, candied cherries, candied pineapple, frozen coconut, vanilla, and almond.
  4. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  5. Shape the mixture into small bites or press into a pan and cut into squares.
  6. Chill before serving if desired.
