Ingredients
Instructions
- Cream together butter and brown sugar; add egg yolk and vanilla.
- Mix well. Add sifted flour and salt.
- Knead into a dough.
- Pat dough onto the surface of a greased 17 x 24-inch cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the baked layer.
- Put back in the oven for 1 to 2 minutes to melt the chocolate chips.
