Ingredients

  • 1 c. sliced almonds
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  2. Sprinkle the sliced almonds and chocolate chips evenly in the prepared pan.
  3. In a heavy 10-inch skillet, combine the butter, sugar, and cold water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
