Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. tofu, mashed
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion, chopped fine
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Pour 1/4 cup oil into a loaf pan and press the mixture into the pan.
  3. Bake for about 1 hour.
  4. Let cool for 10 to 15 minutes before removing from the pan.
  5. Garnish with ketchup and chopped parsley before serving.
  6. Also good sliced and fried for sandwiches the next day.
