Tokay Grape Salad

A delightful fruit salad featuring sweet Tokay grapes, bananas, and marshmallows, topped with crunchy Grape-Nuts. Perfect for light, refreshing gatherings or family desserts.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 pint cream, whipped
  • 1 1/2 pounds Tokay grapes, cut and seeded
  • 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • 6 tablespoons Grape-Nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and vanilla into whipped cream.
  2. Add remaining ingredients except Grape-Nuts; pour into mold or dish.
  3. Refrigerate the salad.
  4. Just before serving, sprinkle Grape-Nuts on top.
