- Brown ground beef in a 10-inch skillet; drain off fat.
- Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, creamed corn, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, chili powder, and cayenne pepper to the beef. Simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, fill a 2-quart saucepan half full of water. Bring to a boil over high heat.
- Add spiral noodles to boiling water; boil for 10 minutes.
- Drain the noodles.
- Remove meat mixture from heat and pour into a large casserole dish.
- Pour the cooked noodles over the meat mixture and mix well.
- Cover and bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
