Ingredients

  • 6 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup pepperoncini, cut into 1/2-inch pieces with stem removed
  • 1 cup pitted sliced black olives, 1/4-inch wide
  • 1/2 pound salami, cut into 1/2-inch strips
  • 1/2 pound Provolone, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 bottle of Caesar dressing
  • 4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese

Instructions

  1. Remove the core of the lettuce, break it into 3-inch pieces, and place on the bottom of a large platter.
