Ingredients

  • 1 jar hot cauliflower
  • 1 jar sweet cauliflower
  • 1 jar hot peppers, drained
  • 1 jar sweet peppers, drained
  • 1 jar dill pickles
  • 1 jar sweet pickles
  • 1 jar mixed vegetables, drained
  • 1/2 lb. Provolone cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 lb. pepperoni, sliced
  • canned or fresh mushrooms
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 jar green olives
  • pearl onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Cover with garlic salt and enough oil to coat all ingredients.
  3. Let set overnight to allow flavors to meld.
