- Cook the rotini pasta until tender.
- Drain the pasta and rinse with cold water.
- Cut up the vegetables including red onion or green onions, mushrooms, broccoli, and bell peppers.
- Mix the cooked pasta with the chopped vegetables and pepperoni slices.
- Pour red wine vinegar and oil salad dressing, Ranch Italian salad dressing, and pepperoncini salad peppers and juice over the mixture a little at a time.
- Taste and add more liquids until you like the flavor.
