Ingredients

  • 3 large tomatoes
  • oregano
  • garlic salt
  • pepper
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut tomatoes in half and slice six pieces from each half.
  2. Sprinkle the tomatoes liberally with oregano, garlic salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt the margarine and stir in the bread crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture and Parmesan cheese over the prepared tomatoes.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
