Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cooked elbow macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can tuna fish
  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in a small amount of melted margarine until cooked.
  2. Mix together cooked macaroni, sour cream, sauteed onion, cream of mushroom soup, and tuna fish.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix melted margarine with enough bread crumbs to make the topping.
  6. Place the bread crumb topping over the baked casserole and serve.
