Cream cheese and green chilies are spread over tortillas, rolled up, chilled, and sliced into bite-sized pieces, making a delicious, creamy snack perfect for parties or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 to 10 flour tortillas
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 1 can green chilies
  • garlic salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chopped green onions, green chilies, and garlic salt, then spread over tortillas.
  2. Roll up the tortillas and wrap them.
  3. Chill for at least 2 hours.
  4. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve, optionally with picante sauce.
