Cream cheese and chopped vegetables wrapped in tortillas create flavorful, bite-sized snacks perfect for parties or casual gatherings, offering creamy, spicy, and savory flavors.

Ingredients

  • 2 large softened cream cheese
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies, drained
  • 3 chopped green onions
  • 1 pkg. round flour tortillas
  • garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except tortillas together.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a flour tortilla.
  3. Starting from one edge, roll up the tortilla tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
  5. Refrigerate the rolled logs for two hours.
  6. Use a sharp knife to cut the logs into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Serve with picante sauce.
