Tortilla Stackup
A cheesy, layered tortilla stack featuring green onions and chilies, perfect for sharing at gatherings or as a flavorful appetizer with salsa and sour cream.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Butter 2 (8-inch) round cake pans. Place 1 tortilla in each pan.
- Combine shredded Jack and Cheddar cheeses.
- Sprinkle 2/3 cup of cheese over each tortilla.
- Top with a generous tablespoon of green onions and drained green chilies.
- Repeat layering until there are 4 layers in each pan, then top with a fifth tortilla.
- Bake stacks uncovered for 20 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes.
- Invert a serving platter over each pan.
- Carefully flip and turn the stack onto the platter.
- Repeat with the second pan.
- Cut each stack into wedges and garnish with garden salsa and sour cream if desired.
