Ingredients

  • 1 medium can refried beans
  • 2 Tbsp. salsa
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 small can sliced olives
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. grated Jack cheese
  • 2 c. chopped lettuce
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Mix refried beans and salsa.
  2. Spread the bean and salsa mixture on a platter.
  3. Combine sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped avocado, and sliced olives.
  4. Spread the sour cream mixture over the beans.
  5. Sprinkle chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and grated cheeses over the sour cream layer.
  6. Arrange tortilla chips around the edges of the platter and in a separate bowl.
