Ingredients

  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 egg
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lb confectioners sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese

Instructions

  1. Mix together the yellow cake mix, melted margarine, and one egg, then pat into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Beat the remaining eggs, confectioners sugar, and cream cheese together until smooth.
  3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cake batter in the pan.
