Ingredients

  • 16 oz. can cubed pineapple
  • 16 oz. can diced peaches
  • 8 oz. can Mandarin oranges
  • 1 package vanilla pudding (not instant)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 red Delicious apple

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned pineapple and peaches, reserving the juice.
  2. Drain the mandarin oranges.
  3. Ensure all fruit is well drained.
  4. Cook the vanilla pudding with 1 1/2 cups of the reserved juice.
  5. Chill the pudding until set.
  6. Dice the banana and apple and add them to the fruit mixture.
  7. Combine the fruit mixture with the prepared pudding.
  8. Chill before serving.
