Ingredients

  • 2 medium oranges, peeled
  • 1 medium banana, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
  • 3 cups finely shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton orange yogurt

Instructions

  1. Section oranges over a small bowl, reserving the juice.
  2. Halve the orange sections if desired.
  3. Toss sliced bananas in orange juice; drain.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine orange sections, sliced banana, pineapple chunks, shredded cabbage, and sliced celery.
  5. Add orange yogurt; toss lightly to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or cover and chill up to 3 hours.
