Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • Crab claws

Instructions

  1. Whisk together melted butter, barbecue sauce, chili powder, celery salt, hot pepper sauce, lemon juice, and lemon pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Arrange crab claws on a broiling pan and brush both sides of each claw with the butter mixture.
  3. Broil 5 to 6 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the crab is hot.
  4. Remove from oven and brush lightly with remaining butter mixture.
