Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • dash of red pepper
  • dash of salt
  • chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine cream cheese and shredded Cheddar cheese, mixing at medium speed on an electric mixer until well blended.
  2. Add chopped pimento, chopped green pepper, finely chopped onions, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, red pepper, and salt.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Chill the mixture for several hours to firm up.
  5. Shape the mixture into a ball.
  6. Roll the cheese ball into chopped walnuts to coat.
  7. Serve with crackers.
