Ingredients

  • 8 bacon slices
  • 6 potatoes, sliced
  • 6 carrots, sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ground beef
  • 1 c. peas

Instructions

  1. Arrange one layer of bacon on bottom of roasting pan or casserole dish.
  2. Add a layer of raw hamburger.
  3. Add a layer of sliced potatoes, seasoned with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  5. Remove from oven; add a layer of peas and carrots and rest of bacon.
  6. Return to oven and bake 45 minutes.
