Ingredients

  • 16 oz. frozen broccoli cuts, thawed and well drained
  • 2 slices bread, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
  • 12 oz. can Star-Kist solid white or chunk light tuna, drained and chunked
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the thawed and well-drained broccoli on the bottom of a 2-quart baking dish.
  2. Top the broccoli with bread cubes and drained tuna.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded Cheddar cheese, and ground black pepper.
  4. Spread the egg mixture evenly over the tuna and broccoli.
  5. Bake in a 400°F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
