Tuna Braid

Ingredients

  • 1 can tuna
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 frozen chopped spinach (thawed and well drained)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 c. Ricotta cheese
  • 1 tube Pillsbury Crescent Rolls

Instructions

  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients. On cookie sheet, lay out crescent rolls pinched together to make one long roll. Turn mixing bowl tuna mixture onto dough. Form long loaf keeping enough edge to turn up on sides and ends.
  2. Add 3-4 thick slices of Provolone Cheese on top of the tuna loaf.
  3. Bring dough up on sides and ends just enough to cover outer edges of cheese. Should look like loaf. Ready to bake at 350° for 20 minutes or till light golden brown.
