Tips & Substitutions
To enhance the flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice to the seafood before cooking. If you’re out of half and half, you can substitute it with equal parts milk and cream. For a lighter version, swap cream cheese with Greek yogurt. If fresh herbs are unavailable, dried herbs can be used in smaller amounts.
Serving Suggestions
Serve this Seafood Pasta Supreme with a side of Easy She Crab Soup for a delightful meal. A simple green salad or Creamy Caesar Salad can complement the dish well. Consider pairing it with a chilled white wine to enhance the flavors of the seafood.
Storage & Reheating
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. When reheating, gently warm the pasta in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of milk or broth to maintain creaminess. Avoid microwaving, as it can dry out the dish.
