Ingredients

  • 1 homemade or store-bought crust
  • 10 oz frozen broccoli
  • 12 oz canned milk
  • 6 1/2 oz canned tuna fish
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen broccoli and drain between paper towels.
  2. Combine milk, eggs, tuna fish, Parmesan cheese, dill weed, salt, and broccoli in a bowl.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie crust.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 50 to 55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving with lemon wedges.
