Ingredients

  • 8 oz. tuna
  • 1/4 c. cream
  • 1 package Knox gelatine
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of salt
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Mince the tuna.
  2. Whip the cream until soft peaks form.
  3. Dissolve the gelatine in 2 tablespoons of hot water and let it cool.
  4. Mix the cooled gelatine with the minced tuna and whipped cream.
  5. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to season.
  6. Pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate until set.
