Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crabmeat
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • dash Tabasco
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
  • 1 pound scallops
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh mushroom

Instructions

  1. Combine crabmeat, eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire, lemon juice, Tabasco, salt, bread crumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped bell pepper in a bowl.
  2. Put the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan or divide among 6 individual baking dishes.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, sauté shrimp, scallops, green onion, and mushroom in butter for 5 minutes.
  5. Drain the sautéed seafood mixture.
  6. Place the seafood mixture on top of the baked crab crust.
  7. Top with cheese sauce.
  8. Return to a hot oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
