Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated all-ready pie crusts
  • 1 12 1/2 oz can tuna, drained
  • 1 10 oz package frozen peas and carrots
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 10 3/4 oz can cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Line a 9-inch pie pan with one pie crust and set aside.
  2. Combine the drained tuna, frozen peas and carrots, chopped onion, cream of potato or mushroom soup, and milk in a bowl.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust.
  6. Seal and crimp the edges of the crusts.
  7. Slit the top of the crust to vent.
  8. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
