Tuna Quickie
A quick and creamy tuna casserole with mushroom soup, rice, and cheese, perfect for busy weeknights and satisfying for the whole family.

Instructions
- Mix the cream of mushroom soup and evaporated milk together.
- Add cooked rice, drained and flaked tuna, finely diced onion, and finely diced pimento to the mixture.
- Add two drops of Tabasco sauce and mix everything well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- During the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
