Ingredients

  • 6 oz. can tuna in water, drained
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. pickle relish
  • 2 tsp. Dijon style mustard
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, coarsely chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Cook the elbow macaroni as directed on the package.
  2. Mash the tuna with a fork; add mayonnaise, pickle relish, mustard, sugar, pepper, eggs, and onion.
  3. Mix well to combine all ingredients.
  4. Add the cooked macaroni and mix until the noodles are covered in the tuna mixture.
  5. Chill the salad in the refrigerator.
  6. Serve chilled.
