Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 16 oz drained tuna, flaked
  • 3/4 cup green olives, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon instant onions
  • 1 tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded Cheddar cheese, flaked tuna, sliced green olives, instant onions, parsley flakes, season salt, beaten eggs, and milk.
  3. Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into greased muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
