Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups Minute rice
  • 1 can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
  • 9 oz. package frozen green beans, thawed and drained
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 3 tablespoons chopped scallions
  • 6 pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1/2 cup prepared Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice as directed on the package; then cool.
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cooked rice, drained tuna, thawed green beans, quartered cherry tomatoes, chopped scallions, sliced olives, and half of the Italian dressing.
  3. Refrigerate before serving.
