Creamy tuna salad served in crispy ice cream cones, combined with macaroni, peas, and cheese for a fun and portable meal perfect for picnics or casual gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 oz. uncooked macaroni rings
  • 1/2 c. salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
  • 1/2 c. shredded cheese
  • 6 oz. can drained tuna
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • pepper
  • 6 flat-bottomed ice cream cones

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni to desired doneness; drain and rinse in cool water.
  2. Combine the cooked macaroni, salad dressing, thawed peas, shredded cheese, drained tuna, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
  4. Spoon the chilled tuna salad into flat-bottomed ice cream cones and serve.
