Ingredients

  • 1 can drained tuna
  • shell macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
  • hard-boiled eggs
  • celery
  • onion
  • sweet relish
  • mayonnaise
  • pecans

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell macaroni until al dente, then drain and cool.
  2. Hard-boil the eggs, peel, and chop them.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, cooled macaroni, chopped eggs, chopped celery, chopped onion, sweet relish, mayonnaise, and pecans.
  4. Mix well and adjust ingredients to taste.
  5. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
