Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 3/4 cup half and half
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 (9 1/4 oz) can tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cup sliced pimento-stuffed olives
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, cook garlic in margarine until golden brown.
  2. Stir in half and half, dried basil, and dried oregano; heat to boiling.
  3. Stir in drained tuna, sliced pimento-stuffed olives, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
  5. Pour the sauce over hot cooked spaghetti.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
