Ingredients

  • 6 or 7 oz. can tuna
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • little lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • pickle relish

Instructions

  1. Drain the tuna and place it in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the cream cheese to the bowl.
  3. Stir in lemon juice to taste.
  4. Mix in 1 to 2 tablespoons of finely chopped onion.
  5. Fold in 1/4 cup of chopped walnuts.
  6. Add pickle relish according to your preference.
  7. Serve the spread with crackers, preferably Ritz.
