Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 16 ounces can tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Put eggs and milk in a large Tupperware mixing bowl with a seal and shake well.
  3. Add flour, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to the mixture and shake again until combined.
  4. Spray Pam on 2 pizza pans.
  5. Pour the batter onto the pans to form the crust.
  6. Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Spread tomato sauce over the crust and sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning and garlic powder if desired.
  8. Return to oven briefly to warm the toppings before serving.
