Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground lean turkey
  • 1 egg white
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. marjoram
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • 1/8 tsp. summer savory
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • vegetable cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Mix turkey, egg white, sage, marjoram, thyme, summer savory, and black pepper together in a large bowl.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties and chill for at least 1 hour.
  3. Spray a skillet with vegetable cooking spray.
  4. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  5. Place the patties in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes on each side until done.
  6. Serve the turkey breakfast sausages hot.
