Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice bread
  • 3 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 patties.
  3. Fry the patties in a skillet until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. Alternatively, microwave the patties on high for 5 minutes, then rearrange and microwave for an additional 5 minutes at power 7 or until done.
