Ingredients

  • 1 hard-cooked egg
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger or 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups shredded turkey

Instructions

  1. Chop the hard-cooked egg very fine and mix it with mayonnaise.
  2. Add ginger, crushed garlic, green onion, and celery, minced very fine.
  3. Add curry powder, salt, lemon juice, and shredded turkey to the mixture.
  4. If desired, add white wine to make the dip thinner.
