Ingredients

  • 10 cups chopped turkey
  • 12 cups bread cubes
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • pepper to taste
  • 8 cups turkey gravy

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a skillet; add chopped onion and celery and fry until tender.
  2. Mix in salt, poultry seasoning, and pepper.
  3. Add bread cubes to the mixture and toss until well combined.
  4. Layer the bread and turkey in a roast pan.
  5. Top with turkey gravy.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 300°F.
