Turkey Meatloaf Two Ways

Ingredients

  • 12 cup milk
  • 12 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 34 cup oatmeal
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 34 cup fresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 24 ounces ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped fine
  • 12 cup marinara sauce
  • 4 slices bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together and separate into 2 loaf pans.
  2. Pour marinara sauce over one and cover the other one with bacon (overlap if necessary).
  3. Put in oven and cook one hour.
  4. Let sit for 5 minutes and slice.
