A savory casserole combining turkey, stuffing, green beans, and creamy mushroom soup, topped with crispy onions—perfect for using up Thanksgiving leftovers and satisfying the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups diced cooked turkey
  • 1 1/2 cups leftover turkey stuffing
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of mushroom soup with 1/3 cup water and pour into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  2. Arrange the cooked turkey and stuffing in layers on top of the soup mixture.
  3. Drain the green beans and add them as a layer on top of the stuffing.
  4. Beat egg whites until stiff, then beat egg yolks until thick; fold the yolks into the whites.
  5. Pile the egg mixture onto the casserole.
  6. Bake in a slow oven at 300°F for 40 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with French fried onion rings.
  8. Bake for an additional 4 to 5 minutes until onions are golden.
