- In a 10-inch skillet over low heat, melt the margarine; add chopped onion and celery.
- Cook, stirring often until the onion is golden.
- Stir in flour; gradually add 1/2 cup milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Remove from heat and add salt, chopped turkey, and Accent seasoning.
- Set aside to cool while preparing the dough.
- In a small bowl, mix together the biscuit mix and poultry seasoning; add 2/3 cup milk and mix to form a dough.
- Roll the dough to a 10-inch square on a floured surface.
- Spread the turkey mixture evenly over the dough.
- Roll up the dough tightly from one edge to the other, sealing the seam.
- Place the roll seam side down on a lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Brush the top with extra milk.
- Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
