Ingredients

  • 16 oz. uncooked cavatelli
  • 1 1/2 cups diced plum tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped pimiento olives
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; omit salt. Drain and set aside.
