Ingredients
- 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts ⓘ
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion ⓘ
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons olive oil ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper ⓘ
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sliced almonds ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) Boboli pizza crust ⓘ
- 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese ⓘ
Instructions
- Rinse chicken and pat dry.
- Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine half of the green onion, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, red pepper, and black pepper.
- Add chicken to the marinade and stir to coat.
- Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
- Preheat oven and prepare the pizza crust.
- Spread the marinade and chicken over the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle shredded Jack cheese evenly over the chicken.
- Top with sliced green onions and sliced almonds.
- Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
