Ingredients

  • 12 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 (16 oz.) Boboli pizza crust
  • 1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
  2. Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine half of the green onion, garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, 1 tablespoon olive oil, red pepper, and black pepper.
  4. Add chicken to the marinade and stir to coat.
  5. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
  6. Drain chicken, reserving marinade.
  7. Preheat oven and prepare the pizza crust.
  8. Spread the marinade and chicken over the pizza crust.
  9. Sprinkle shredded Jack cheese evenly over the chicken.
  10. Top with sliced green onions and sliced almonds.
  11. Bake until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  12. Serve hot and enjoy.
