Ingredients

  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 cup white raisins
  • 8 oz Miracle Whip
  • 2 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • broccoli
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts

Instructions

  1. Cut up a bunch of broccoli into small pieces.
  2. Chop the green onions.
  3. Fry the bacon until crispy and chop into pieces.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, green onions, bacon, and white raisins.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix Miracle Whip, sugar, and vinegar until smooth.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  7. Sprinkle with unsalted peanuts.
  8. Chill the salad before serving.
