Ingredients

  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 pkg. Club crackers

Instructions

  1. Boil the brown sugar, white sugar, milk, and graham cracker crumbs together for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and place a layer of whole Club crackers in the pan.
  3. Pour the hot sugar mixture over the crackers, then add another layer of crackers on top.
  4. Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
  5. Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the second layer of crackers.
  6. Refrigerate until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve.
