- Boil the brown sugar, white sugar, milk, and graham cracker crumbs together for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan and place a layer of whole Club crackers in the pan.
- Pour the hot sugar mixture over the crackers, then add another layer of crackers on top.
- Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips together until smooth.
- Pour the melted peanut butter and chocolate mixture over the second layer of crackers.
- Refrigerate until set.
- Cut into bars and serve.
