Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans pork and beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid)
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine chopped onion and chopped green bell pepper in a 2-quart microwave casserole; cover.
  2. Microwave on High for 2 minutes or until tender. Stir in the remaining ingredients including tomato liquid.
  3. Microwave on High for 10 to 12 minutes or until heated thoroughly.
